Some details for 2019

  1. March 13th-17th, Bangor ME, with more than 70+ events and activities for all ages. Included in the types of events/activities: forums, hands-on activities, workshops, exhibits, films. All events other than the headliner are free of charge. Headliner tickets (Science VS UFOs) are $10/students, $17 general in advance with an increase to $15/$22 at the door.

  2. Some events have space limitations and require sign-ups. Signups will be via EventBrite (with links on our website and through Facebook). All other MSF events (other than the headliner) are first-come, first-served.

  3. On Saturday, March 16th, there will be events both at the Cross Insurance Center and at locations throughout Downtown Bangor. On all other days of the MSF, the events will be Downtown.

  4. The Full MSF schedule is available in a few different ways right now: At-A-Glance and printer-ready. We’ll also have an app with the schedule – stay tuned!

  5. The MSF Facebook, Twitter and Instagram feeds will be kept up-to-date on events and updates too.

We do have one change from past years: for the first time we are asking festival goers to please consider making a $5 donation when they attend the MSF. As a point of context, many science festivals around the country charge anywhere from $10-30 for just one event like Tech Night or 5 Minute Genius. This is NOT a requirement, but it will help us insure that the model we’ve put in place will be able to continue.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
