MSF Pop-up event: Science of Gin

January 18th, 5:30pm. Maine’s own Hardshore Distilling Company will have samples of different types of gin cocktails, each taking advantage of the unique flavors found in Hardshore Gin. Hardshore’s Jordan Milne will talk about how he came to become a distiller and the ways that he used science (and the scientific process) to make a remarkable gin. This is a 21+ event, with all proceeds supporting the Maine Science Festival and Project>Login.
Tickets are $10/person in advance (available until noon on January 18th), $15/person at the door. Drink tickets to sample the cocktails are $4/each

January 17 – February 7, Wednesdays 3:30-4:30pm: Challenger Afterschool LEGO club combines the excitement of LEGO creation with engineering fun, including the use of Challenger’s LEGO WeDo Engineering kits to build and program LEGO robots!
