Intent to Present - 2018 Maine Science Festival

Project Login's Tech Night

2018 MSF Potential Presenters: Project>Login is hosting Tech Night and is seeking presenters to present a workshop or hands-on activity to a middle school audience.

The programming team will make their judgments based on several different factors, including:
– type of STEM technology (CS, coding, IT, robotics, 3D printing, etc.)
– type of event
– innovative approaches happening in Maine,
– revealing hidden secrets
– diversity of programming from past years
– balance of programming for ages and events

If you have any questions about this, please contact angela@educatemaine.org

If you have presented in the past: in order to ensure the viability of the MSF, your activity MUST BE DIFFERENT than what you have presented previously. If you have any questions about this, please contact participate@mainesciencefestival.org

Audience, additional information: Our Tech Night is open to middle school students (grades 5-8) from across the state of Maine, and will take place on Friday, March 16th, 2018, from 4:30pm-7:00pm, at the Maine Discovery Museum in Bangor.

We expect to have the programming finalized by January 2018.
