Hey middle schoolers – want to find out about the world of computers and information technology? Learn, share, collaborate, and explore cutting-edge software and web-based tools. With workshops and hands-on activities the program is designed for maximum engagement!

Drop-off event; pizza dinner provided for participants. Produced by Project>Login.

Participants: please bring a laptop devices, or email us at if you will need to borrow one (we’ll have a limited supply for borrowing).

4-H National Youth Science Day: Pitch Your Passion   In this activity with CS First, Google’s free computer science curriculum, instructional videos will guide students through creating a project about a passion, issue, or cause they care about using code.


Husson’s MSF Technology Petting Zoo  Want to see the inside of a desk top computer? What is a 3D printer? How does my coffee pot talk to the web? Want to play a few programming games? Come to Husson’s MSF Technology Petting Zoo where you can check out the world of Integrated Technology!


Fun with Circuit Playgrounds! Lights, sounds, inputs, outputs, oh my! Maine CSTA’s Laura Johns will present an interactive session with Circuit Playgrounds using’s curriculum. Use coding to tell the circuit playground what to do.

ACM-W Scratch Workshop  We will be giving an introduction to scratch so the participants can learn the basic functions of scratch.


Cue robots   Come explore Cue robots and try programming the blaster accessories. Test your skills and launch the blasters!
