CALL FOR IDEAS
We are looking for ideas for our public events that will be held on
Saturday, March 19, 2022 (9 AM - 4 PM) and Sunday, March 20, 2022 (11 AM - 4 PM). Submit your idea by completing the form below.
Presenters should be able to participate and have expertise or knowledge to be part of the event. For example, if you are proposing a workshop about the science of ice cream, you need to be able to explain exactly what that is - or have a scientist as part of your workshop team who can explain it.
Some details to consider:
Exploration Station (Saturday March 19, 2021) requires a full day commitment, and you will see the full range of audience ages and levels of expertise. The MSF will provide food & drink to those who work Exploration Station. We recommend you have at least two people staffing your table.
Forums/talks and workshops: these sessions are one hour in length (we have found works best). If you think your session will need more time, please provide an explanation.
Proposals that are accepted for the Festival will have support in arranging additional participants, moderators, etc. as needed.
